Pathways is a specialist service which offers support to individuals experiencing mental distress. Pathways works with a varying degree of need but usually works with individuals who are in frequent contact with the emergency services.
Pathways can work with clients for up to 4 hours per week for as long as they need. They focus on coping skills, understanding behavior and emotions, strengthen relationships, engaging with local services, mapping out tool kits of personal resource and address any areas of concern for the client with a view to reduce contact with the emergency services.
Pathways only work with people who are in mental health distress, and who are placing a high demand on emergency services
